Every Inchie Monday: Tea

Tea.  In my world, every day begins with a mug of tea.  Irish Breakfast.  Strong black tea with milk.  At this very moment I'm enjoying a cup of Rooibus - a great alternative to herbal teas (that can tend to be a little "weak" in the flavor department).

We went back to basics this week by tangling the pattern Hollibaugh.  I'm always amazed by the difference that shading makes.  It adds life.

The challenge this week was to use Tripoli.  I'm one of those who has found this tangle to be a bit difficult.  Not a great rendering, but I'll try again ... another day.

Every Inchie Monday: Nymph

The word of the week was "nymph."  Decided to go with a dragonfly nymph which (in my mind) was decidedly easier than some scantily-clothed little lady flitting through the woods at dusk.  :)
